Lee Kennedy is a Singer/Songwriter whose music draws from faith, vulnerability, and the real stories shaped by life on the road. From his home in Nevada to the writing rooms and stages he’s visited along the way, Lee creates songs for people navigating hope, heartache, perseverance, and renewal. His music carries a simple belief: faith doesn’t have to be flawless to be powerful — and none of us are walking this road alone.
The Journey
I’ve always believed that music finds us in the exact moment we need it. Sometimes it lifts us. Sometimes it steadies us. Sometimes it simply reminds us that we’re not alone.
My own journey with music has been shaped by faith, family, and a long road filled with both blessings and battles. I didn’t grow up with a spotlight in my face — I grew up with stories, with memories, with moments of quiet honesty that eventually became the foundation for the songs I write today.
Over the years, songwriting became the place where I could wrestle with the hard questions, celebrate the good ones, and connect my experiences with something bigger. Traveling between Nevada, Nashville, and everywhere in between, I learned that the most meaningful songs aren’t just written — they’re lived.
I write from real life. From the days when faith feels effortless, and the days when it feels like you’re holding on by a thread. From the moments you want to remember forever, and the ones you pray your way through.
My goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to be honest. To share stories that echo the struggles, the victories, and the quiet middle spaces we all walk through. Today, my mission is simple: To create music and messages that draw people closer — to hope, to faith, and to each other.
