Based in Nevada and active in Nashville's songwriting community, Lee writes primarily in Country and Christian music, often exploring the place where honest Country storytelling and faith naturally meet.
His songs aren't about pretending life is easy. They're about hope when it isn't, faith when answers don't come easily, and the reminder that none of us has to walk the road alone.
The Journey
I've always believed music finds us at the moments we need it most. Sometimes it lifts us. Sometimes it steadies us. And sometimes a song simply reminds us that we're not walking through life alone.
My own journey with music has been shaped by faith, family, hard seasons, second chances, and a lot of miles along the way. I didn't grow up with a spotlight in my face. I grew up with stories — the people, places, struggles, laughter, and quiet moments that eventually became the foundation of the songs I write today.
Over time, songwriting became more than something I loved to do. It became the place where I could wrestle with questions, preserve the moments I didn't want to forget, and turn pieces of real life into something another person might recognize as their own.
That's still how I write today. Some songs lean Country. Some live more naturally in Christian music. And some sit right in the space between the two. But wherever a song lands, I want it to be honest enough to mean something and strong enough for someone else to make it their own.
I'm still writing, co-writing, learning, performing, and spending time in Nashville because I believe the next great song is always worth chasing.
The song comes first. The connection is what makes it matter.
